Really quick and tasty roasted cauliflower that I’ve used as either as tapas or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, broken into small florets
- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan or hard cheese
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200ºc/Gas 6.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a roasting tin. Add the oil and paprika and toss together and season well with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 25mins until tender and lightly browned at the edges.
- sprinkle over the cheese and serve immediately.
