Roasted Cauliflower

Really quick and tasty roasted cauliflower that I’ve used as either as tapas or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan or hard cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºc/Gas 6.
  2. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a roasting tin.  Add the oil and paprika and toss together and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for 25mins until tender and lightly browned at the edges.
  4. sprinkle over the cheese and serve immediately.
